Our process
The process to building a good story has five basic elements:
- Passion

- First, we get to know you and the passion you have for your business. The more passionate the storyteller is, the more authentic and compelling the story becomes.
- Protogonist

- The hero of your story is your message. In this step we will discover what is the real message that engages your customers in the way they want to be engaged.
- Antagonist

- If there is nothing at stake, there is no story. Here, we look at your marketing materials for inconsistencies between your story and what your customers see.
- Awareness

- This is the "Aha!" moment of your story? In this phase we will present you with suggestions of what you can do to tell your story more passionately to your customers.
- Transformation

- Once you have approved the material, your website will be uploaded, your email campaigns set up, any collateral will be printed and your story will be ready to be told.
At the end of the process, we will continue to measure the effectiveness of your story for a while and give you a full report.
